progress of the Japanese nation has no doubt, Japan Japan become one of the
countries the Qibla in terms of industry business success. And as we all know that to be successful,
we need to learn from the person or people who had already successfully. Hence, in this article, we will discuss
about the 5 attitudes of the Japanese people that we must imitate, so that we could be more
successful person. So, What are the 5 attitude I mean? Let's discuss, will you...:)
There
are many things that can make us more and more amazed at the success of Japanese,
one of which is in
the middle of the limitations of natural resources, Japan actually able to
change these limitations into a force that actually support the success of the
country. Not
only that many big companies such as Toyota, Yamaha, Honda, Panasonic, is a
line of proof that Japanese feasible for we emulate in terms of business. Okay, just go ahead, this is the 5 attitudes
of the Japanese that we must emulate if you want to succeed :
1. Diligent in reading
Although I have never been to Japan, but
from a variety of readings and impressions I have ever seen, it can be
concluded that most Japanese people really like to read. When they were on the way to work, when
they break, and many more, essentially as if the book is one of the components
of their daily lives. No need to doubt anymore that by reading books we can get
rich of information and knowledge, and from the knowledge that we can build
roads to reach success. For
that if you want success, For
that if you want success, do not be lazy to read. Make reading as the primary
needs of your life.
2. Principles of Kaizen and
Hansei
What is it? Indeed,
these two principles is a little strange in the ears of people who are not
Japanese. Okay let's discuss,will you?... :)
The principle of kaizen
is ongoing and continuous
improvement, that
we can interpret as sustainable and continuous improvement and aim to get
better results than previously. As for the principle of hansei is never
ending correction. Well
these two principles is a noble values ingrained in the culture and business
climate in Japan.
Not surprisingly, with
the application of the two principles above, the Japanese industry could grow
successful and prosperous. They
always strive to continuously improve the quality of their life and of course
coupled with improvements that never stop. A way of working that would make the living
system becomes so extraordinary. to be able to know how to do kaizen, you can also read my other articles such as "Toyota Kaizen Methods" .So,
let's apply this principles of kaizen and hansei in our lives together..
3. Keeping the Cultural
Values
Japan
is a developed country that still hold fast to the values of their local
culture. We
can saw for yourself Japan is still able fluoresces their local wisdom even
amid great fanfare them as a developed country with a tremendous industrial
strength. Habits of Japanese citizens to keep their culture is worth us to
follow, take a look at a variety of typical Japanese culture that has always
existed up to now, such as samurai culture, tea culture, and much more.
4. Work hard and never give
up
The success of Japanese
nation also because the Japanese people who are always working hard and never
give up. Same
as most of people in east asia. They
worked so hard and never give up in their livesAnd the Japanese society in this
case really prove it. This
is shown with how quickly Japanese nation rise from shattered that's caused by
world war 2nd and became one of the world's economic center in the not long
after that.
5. Maintain the honor and reputation
Japanese society has own
values in terms of honors. Still
remember the Japanese health minister who resigned for making mistakes. Or officials who eventually committed suicide
because of corruption. Or
a student who committed suicide because of poor value. Which has made Japan no.1 in case of
suicide. And the occasional you certainly have heard the term harakiri.. That is the term suicide by jabbing sword
to the stomach after failing in duty for a soldier in Japan in former times. It was all done because Japanese people
have a sense of shame is so high. But keep in mind that this is not mean you
have to kill yourself after you fail or make a mistake. Due to cultural harakiri in Japanese has
now been removed because it is not a good thing. But we can take a positive message, with a
shame that, Japanese society is now always trying and competing to in terms of
goodness. and we ought to imitate them.
Well colleague readers

we want to achieve success and better quality of life again. Hopefully dish this article can give a lot
of benefits and inspiration for you. Keep the spirit and see
you in new article next week..... :)
